Our mission: to help put you on the right path we hope

  • Love: Cultivate love for yourself, others, and the world around you. Let love guide your actions.
  • Karma: what you put out into the univers, you will get back

  • Generosity: Share your time, resources, and kindness with others.
  • Positive Thinking: Work on controlling your thoughts. Focus on positivity and learn to block out negativity

  • Mindfulness Practices: Engage in chants or meditation to enhance your mental and spiritual well-being.
  • Stay Active: Aim to work out at least two times or more a week to keep your body and mind healthy
  • Try to do no harm: Strive to do no harm, both to yourself and others.
  • Try to radiate Love: Put out infinite love to the universe, embracing every moment with compassion.
  • Make amends (mind, body, soul, to your self, and other)
  • Holistic Growth: Focus on growth in mentality, physical, spiritual.
  • Self-Love: Appreciate yourself and practice gratitude daily.
  • Try not to be a dick
  • Pursue Your Goals: Whether it’s starting a family, nurturing a child, or growing a business, go after your dreams with determination.
  • Daily Commitment: Take at least one step towards your goal every day, five times a week—whether it’s writing, acting, or any personal aspiration.
  • Mindful Walking: Aim to walk at least two miles every two weeks. Use this time to be present and in the moment.
  • Try to love everything and everyone
  • Read or lesson to an audible book at at lest 1 every 2 months
  • Mirror Reflection: Ask yourself how you want to be. Visualize the person you aspire to become.
  • Self-Improvement: Continually assess what might be holding you back from your goals, and take steps to overcome those obstacles. never-ending task
  • Healthy Choices: Treat your body with care—avoid smoking and excessive drinking, and see your body as a temple.
  • Personal Responsibility: Avoid blaming others for your circumstances. Take ownership of your life.
  • Gratitude Practice: Recognize that the universe wants you to be happy. Practice thankfulness and try to cherish each moment
